HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

FREE SHIPPING on orders over £75.

You can see all shipping costs listed in the description of each product.

All international deliveries are sent DDP, meaning all customs and duties are paid upfront to ensure a smooth process and clear pricing.

WHERE'S MY STUFF?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the shipping service. 

If you created an account at checkout or logged into your account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your customer account.

If you live in the United Kingdom and haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@ghjstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We cannot control delays within Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, or with customs, but apologize in advance–we know how frustrating it is!

GHJ STUDIO is based in East London, United Kingdom and we ship from the United Kingdom unless otherwise noted. We aim to deliver GHJ STUDIO products to the UK within 7-10 business days or faster. At times, our items are sent directly from our partners in Europe.
